    I understand the fear and stigma that can come with mental health challenges. The driving force of my success has been to reduce stigma and influence system and organizational change that fosters equality, equity, acceptance and healing for everyone experiencing mental health challenges!

    With nearly two decades of experience in mental health, I provide care across the lifespan for a wide range of needs. Licensed in Arizona, I take a trauma-informed approach to support each individual's journey to wellness.

    As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I specialize in diagnosing, treating, and managing mental health and substance use disorders. I work collaboratively with you to create a personalized path to recovery, using evidence-based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy alongside medication management.
